Guess what a client told me she was charging for three months of work?

Hey, Reader!

What we're getting into:

  • The $250 package that is not a pricing problem 💸
  • The one question that predicts whether you'll sabotage your next price raise
  • The "wait, so are you a dietitian?" hall of fame (I want yours) 🏆

A client once told me what she was charging for a three month package.

$250.

She said it like it was normal. Like it was a smart strategy for volume. Competitive pricing for her area, building her client base, doing what you do when offers aren't filling.

That's exactly the problem. It gets framed as strategy when it's actually a symptom.

This week on She's The BOSS, I'm walking you through the devaluing pipeline. It starts long before you ever set a price. No governing body, no protected title, no standardized path. That external signal gets internalized, and once you believe it, it doesn't stay a belief. It shows up as a number on your sales page.

This is also why "just raise your prices" never works as advice. If the belief underneath hasn't shifted, you'll discount the second someone slides into your DMs, and your prospect will feel it even if she can't quite figure it out.

Inside the episode I give you three fixes to start closing the gap between what you believe and what you charge.

Listen to the full episode here (and while you're there, would you leave a 5-star review? It helps the show grow and reach more women in business).

Before you touch your pricing page, answer this one question.

What do you actually believe about the value of your work right now? Not what you think you should believe. What you're operating from today.

If there's a gap between that answer and the number on your sales page, raising the price without closing the gap creates anxiety, not revenue. You'll discount the second someone slides into your DMs. You'll throw in sessions you didn't price for. And your prospect will feel the guilt leaking into the sale even if she can't name it.

Write the belief down first. Then set the number. That order matters, and I break down why in the episode.

Now I want your story.

Every Holistic Nutritionist has a "wait, so are you a dietitian?" moment. The dinner party version. The in-laws version. The one from a stranger at your kid's soccer game.

Hit reply and tell me yours. I read every one, and the best ones are shaping a future episode (!!!).

Nice chat. Same time next week.

Until then, price the outcome, write the belief down before the number, and send me your dietitian story.

Leigh

Digital Course Creation for Nutritionists

I teach nutritionists how to create digital courses that run on automation. As a Holistic Nutritionist of 15+ years, I know how draining it can be to work one-one-one with clients or run group coaching. I understand the desire to increase impact while also increasing revenue. I show my students how to do both with my step-by-step process of creating a digital course with systems and automations that allow for more work-life balance and cash flow without more hours.
